The members of the SoCal NPDA chapter are employer model agencies and have been screened to meet the following requirements:

• Membership in the National Private Duty Association
• Proof of Bonding - Minimum of $10,000.00 coverage
• Proof of General Liability - Minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage
• Proof of Workers Compensation for all Caregivers
• Signed affidavit stating that no Caregivers are classified as Independent Contractors

The SoCal Chapter efforts are focused on Education, Local, State, and National Advocacy,and General Business issues to help us raise the quality of care being provided to our clients.  Benefits of membership include:

• Quarterly Meetings addressing the issues of today
• Networking with other professionals
• On-going communication with chapter members
• Staying informed of whats happening in Home Care
